Hi! I’m Brad Tibbs, the owner of Good Life Motors. I was raised right here in Idaho, graduated from Meridian High School in 1997, and went on to earn a degree from Northwest Nazarene University in 2001. I originally planned to enter full-time ministry, but along the way I discovered that my true calling was serving people in my community through business.
I’ve been shaped by many mentors and leaders, including Dave Ramsey (EntreLeadership) and Garrett J. White (Wake Up Warrior), along with countless others who have helped me grow both personally and professionally. My personal core values—Growth, Impact, and Adventure—influence everything I do.
My journey into the car world started in 2005 when I bought and sold a used minivan for a church fundraiser. I was instantly hooked. By 2006, I was licensed as an auto dealer in Idaho, and what began as a hobby quickly turned into a career. I hired my first mechanic in 2008, and during the Great Recession—while all the bigger dealerships were cutting back—we grew exponentially by staying focused on serving families with reliable, affordable vehicles and a genuinely transparent process.
Now in our third location, we have the facilities to serve customers better than ever with 32,000 square feet of indoor showroom, and full-service auto repair and detailing shops on 2+ acres in Nampa.
One of the things I'm most excited about currently is organizing a trip to Ensenada Mexico for my entire team to spend a week - not just relaxing on the beach, but teaming up with "Casas de Esperanza" to build two humble homes for hard-working families who cannot afford basic housing. I’ve been on dozens of these life-changing trips like this, but bringing my whole team for the first time will be the adventure of a lifetime! It’s about transformation—for the families we serve and for us as a team. This trip only becomes possible when we serve enough customers with a 5 STAR experience at Good Life Motors. My mission is to help YOU move forward - whether you are buying, selling/consigning a vehcile, or need vehicle maintenance and repair.
