Meet the Amazing GLM Team

Shawn Gower joined Good Life Motors as the General Manager, where he leads with a passion for people and a firm belief that high-performing teams are the foundation of lasting success. He specializes in team building, employee empowerment, and creating cultures of continuous growth, earning a reputation for people-first strategies that drive both individual and organizational results.

With more than 20 years of experience as a business owner and leader, Shawn brings both perspective and energy to his role. His greatest fulfillment comes from helping people grow—whether that means developing employees into leaders, strengthening relationships across the team, or encouraging folks to lean into their roles and to fail forward. 

What Shawn enjoys most about Good Life Motors is the culture: a team of supportive, driven individuals focused on improving as a company while giving back to the community. That shared vision is what inspires him to show up every day with clarity and purpose. 

Outside the dealership, Shawn loves to spend time with his family. He enjoys hiking, jiu jitsu, woodworking, and reading. He is always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and challenge himself.

Jesse brings 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry to his role as Service Manager at Good Life Motors. With a background in dealership operations, reconditioning, independent shop owner and client care, Jesse is passionate about creating a service experience that is transparent, efficient, and built on trust. He believes that every client should leave with confidence — not only in their vehicle, but in the team that stands behind it.

At Good Life Motors, Jesse leads the service department with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and continual growth. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that every vehicle leaving the shop meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife Kristi, going on side x side adventures and pursuing his love of racing cars. He values being part of a company that invests in people and the community it serves.

Jeff Wells joined Good Life Motors in October, 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. His background working with small businesses in a variety of industries has made him a valuable addition to the GLM team with a different perspective on what a car dealership and service center can be. Changing the customer’s negative perception about buying and servicing their vehicle into a completely different, positive experience is what intrigues Jeff the most about the Good Life Motors approach.  

What Jeff loves most about working at GLM is the people. “We aren’t just coworkers, we are friends at work and away from work. We have a sincere interest in each other’s lives outside of work.”

Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys walking and hiking with his wife of 25 years. He is an avid soccer fan and a strong believer in Jesus Christ.

Jordan joined the GLM team as the General Sales Manager in August 2025. She is passionate about the customer experience, developing teams, and fostering long term relationships. Jordan brings with her four years of sales leadership experience in the automotive industry as well as eight years leading in the coffee industry. As an Idaho native, outside of work Jordan loves to spend time outdoors. Be it hiking, camping, shooting or riding motorcycles, Jordan is always up for the adventure. 

Jacob Bridgman, known as JB, joined Good Life Motors on March 13, 2024, bringing with him a unique blend of experience from both the automotive industry and as a director for virtual reality fitness over the past seven years. His diverse background gives him a well-rounded perspective in his role as Sales Manager, where he combines financial expertise and sales.

JB loves the independence he is afforded working at GLM.  He enjoys a close relationship with his boss, who he not only considers a friend but also someone he knows through a shared faith community. JB appreciates the values within the team at Good Life Motors, where mutual respect, hard work, and a standard of excellence are the foundation. The fact that his colleagues share a similar faith adds even more meaning to his career.

Outside of work, JB is an avid explorer of different cultures, having visited seven countries in the past year. He also dedicates one to two hours daily to self-development, continually growing in both his personal and professional life. With a strong faith, JB is a cross-developmental advocate, a Sunday school teacher, and is deeply invested in helping others grow through self-improvement.

Eric Rodriguez joined Good Life Motors in July of 2024, bringing with him nine years of experience in sales from a local uniform company in Nampa. His background in customer service and sales has made him a valuable addition to the GLM team.

What Eric loves most about working at GLM is the strong sense of teamwork. When he describes the culture of GLM, Eric says, “I’ve been impressed by how the entire team, from leadership down, consistently comes together to do what's right for the customer. This commitment to integrity and collaboration is what sets GLM apart.”

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, especially his kids. He also loves camping and cherishing those special moments with his loved ones in the great outdoors.

Mike brings over 24 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service to the Good Life Motors team. Before joining the automotive industry, he built a successful career in residential real estate and also owned and operated two CrossFit gyms. His passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and commitment to integrity have been the foundation of his success across every industry he’s worked in.

Originally from California, Mike and his wife—his best friend—are raising three sons who share their love for baseball, video games, fitness, and the outdoors. When he’s not helping customers find the perfect vehicle, you’ll likely find him camping, working out, or behind the wheel of a truck (his favorite kind of ride, even if his wife says he’s owned too many!).

Mike is proud to be part of the Good Life Motors team and looks forward to helping customers enjoy an honest, transparent, and exceptional car-buying experience.

Kassaundra "Kash" Cash joined Good Life Motors in July 2024 as a Parts & Service Advisor, bringing with her a decade of experience in the automotive parts industry. Her extensive knowledge in parts and service has made her an essential part of the GLM team, ensuring customers get the right parts and that their vehicles are serviced properly. Recently, Kash was promoted to Service Manager, where she continues to shine, overseeing the service department and ensuring that every customer’s experience is top-notch.

What Kash loves most about working at Good Life Motors is the incredible vibe of the company. She describes it as a place where work doesn’t feel like a job, but more of a way of living. She’s excited to come to work every day and values the balance of being able to fully clock out, both physically and mentally, when her day is done. For Kash, the top priority at GLM is taking care of customers—making sure their cars are fixed right the first time and ensuring everyone leaves satisfied.

Outside of work, Kash loves spending time with her daughter and taking care of her three dogs. She also enjoys working in her garden and is a huge Star Trek fan.

Jud joined Good Life Motors in October of 2025, bringing with him 44 years of experience as a technician. Jud also spent time commercial swordfishing. His expertise and dedication make him a valuable shop foreman for service. What Jud loves most about working at Good Life Motors is the space in the shop to be able to work on many vehicles. Outside of work, Jud loves spending time with family doing various outdoor activities. His favorite by far would be spending time with his wife going to plays and shows. 

Jason joined Good Life Motors in November of 2023, bringing with him 14 years of experience as a technician. Before focusing on automotive work, Jason also spent time in the logging industry, adding to his diverse skill set. His expertise and dedication make him a valuable asset to the team.

What Jason loves most about working at Good Life Motors is the people and the fact that it’s an independent dealership, which creates a more personal and supportive work environment.

Outside of work, Jason is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything outside—except for golfing!

Brandon joined Good Life Motors in July of 2025. He is currently in the military as a Sergeant gunner shooting tanks. Outside of work, and serving his country, Brandon is a devoted husband who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three loyal dogs. Weekends often find him grilling in the backyard, going for drives, or relaxing at home surrounded by the people (and pets) he loves most.

Dane joined Good Life Motors in March of 2025. He has enjoyed working with his co-workers as a team. Outside the service bays Dane loves driving his Mustang to Utah and spending time with his family. Ambitious, hardworking, and driven by passion, Dane represents the next generation of car lovers — someone who sees every project not as work, but as a chance to keep his customers on the road. 

Brett joined the Good Life Motors team in November 2024 as the Lead Detailer. With 30 years of experience in construction and 6.5 years running detail departments in the automotive industry, Brett brings a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a sharp eye for detail to his role.

What Brett loves most about Good Life Motors is its unique atmosphere and positive vibe, which set it apart from his previous experiences.  Outside of work, Brett enjoys the thrill of riding dirt bikes, camping, and spending time outdoors exploring nature.

Tyler is a passionate car detailer. He is best known around Good Life Motors for always having a smile on his face and spreading positivity wherever he goes. Tyler has detailed over 700 vehicles, turning every car and truck into a reflection of his commitment to perfection. From restoring faded paint to showroom shine, to making every interior spotless, his eye for detail sets him apart in the automotive world. When he’s not making cars look brand new, Tyler can be found tearing up the trails on his dirt bike; chasing adventure, fresh air, and that feeling of freedom that only comes from riding.

Jaycee has been with Good Life Motors since August of 2015. Before joining GLM, she and her husband ran a car paint touch-up business in Puerto Rico for six and a half years, where she gained valuable industry experience. Her transition to Title Clerk has allowed her to continue working in the automotive field while utilizing her skills in a different capacity.

Jaycee loves the supportive team environment at Good Life Motors and appreciates how the company allows her to maintain a good balance between work and home life.

Outside of work, Jaycee enjoys window shopping, spending quality time with her family, watching Survivor, and indulging in her love for chocolate.

Nancy has been a valued member of the Good Life Motors team since August of 2017. Originally from Peru, Nancy moved to the United States in 2012 with a background in education, having worked as a teacher in Peru. Upon arriving in the U.S., she continued to share her love for teaching by volunteering as a Spanish teacher and working in various roles, including at a grocery store, pumpkin patch, and as a substitute teacher for the Nampa School District. In 2015, she welcomed her first child and soon after transitioned into her current role at Good Life Motors.

What Nancy loves most about working at Good Life Motors is the welcoming, family-like atmosphere. From her first day, she felt trusted and supported as she learned new skills and tasks. She also appreciates the flexibility in her schedule, which has allowed her to balance work and family life.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her two kids. They love exploring parks, taking walks, and discovering new places in Idaho. She also cherishes building community with her friends from church.

Ely joined Good Life Motors on February 15, 2023, stepping into a new role that allowed her to grow and gain experience. Though she didn’t have much direct experience in facilities management, Good Life Motors provided her with the training and support needed to learn the job and excel. Since then, Ely has embraced the opportunity to build her skills and contribute to the team.

What Ely loves most about working at Good Life is the kindness of her coworkers and the strong communication throughout the team. She especially enjoys the company meetings, where everyone gets to know each other better and spend time together as a united front.

Outside of work, Ely enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking her son to the park, and playing baseball. She also values time spent reading the Bible together as a family, expressing gratitude and their faith in God for all that they have.
